The original painting was 3' x 4' (oil on canvass). This painting is placed in its historical setting as Jesus is seen wearing a traditional tallit with four fringes according to the Mosaic commandment (Deuteronomy 22:12). This scene recreates for the viewer the remarkable account when Jesus (Yeshua), the lowly Nazarene revealed to His disciples (Talmudim) that He was indeed the Creator God (Elohim).
He displayed His total power over creation with a few simple but Divine words - "Peace, be still". With the molecules of air and water bowing in submission to His Holy will, He not only calmed the Sea of Galilee, but also calmed the trembling hearts of His faithless followers. We as believers know that Jesus is more than able to calm our fears as well. This newly released, full color print is 16" x 20" in image size. This series has been limited to 1000 prints and each print is individually signed and numbered.
